Insight Program - Macquarie University

The Insights Program is a pastoral care unit developed in a collaboration between Macquarie University and Pymble Ladies College. It is delivered by teachers to Years 8 and 9. The outcomes are derived from the PDHPE syllabus and it focuses directly on building self confidence to protect students from factors related to the onset and maintenance of anxiety and depression.
